Ordered new springs for my trampoline which I bought direct from Plum in 2016. I ordered these on March 25th and was told to expect a delay in delivery of up to 4-6 days. 2 weeks later having not received the springs I emailed to ask if there had been a problem and was told to expect delivery in 5-7 days. Another week passes still nothing, I emailed apologising for bothering them but were the springs I had ordered 3 weeks previously on their way. Paul emailed back to let me know that my springs were now on their way with a courier and I could track them using the link attached to that email. There was no tracking number, the springs that I ordered way back on March 25th have still not arrived. I have emailed twice more in the last week begging them to let me know what's happening and hurry and send the springs. No response. I am so disappointed. The trampoline has a gap where the springs have come away and it's dangerous to use. I tidied the springs as they fell but cannot find them anywhere now hence I have ordered new ones. Plum have taken the money but 7 weeks later we still cannot use our trampoline as they haven't delivered the product. The zip on the net broke before it was a year old but when I shed them about that at the time they said it wasn't covered. The trampoline itself when it was functional was great but their customer service is possibly the worst I've ever experienced.
Extremely disappointed with Plum. After ordering a junior trampoline on 31st March and being informed that it would take 7 working days. Whilst I accepted we may experience further delays due to the current situation, on the 21st May we still do not have the product. The only correspondence we have had was a confirmation email on 31st March. I have sent 3 emails to plum asking about the item and explaining how important getting this trampoline is for my young daughter who has autism and sensory seeking needs. That she is currently not able to meet her need to jump in safety until the trampoline arrives. Only to receive an automated reply each time. Then we checked our online banking only to discover that the money had been refunded at the end of the first week in May yet we have had to correspdance to inform us of this, to tell us why or if this is a mistake. We were still just anxiously waiting for our dispatch email/SMS. I sent an email yesterday to plum sales asking them to please help us sort this out as we really need this trampoline or suitable alternative and ASAP but again received the same automated response to bare with them as the items delivery time would be delayed. Can't get a suitable trampoline anywhere now after almost 8 weeks of waiting for this one to arrive. Absolutely terrible service. So disappointed and who knows when I will be able to get a trampoline for my daughter now.

I spoke to Osi! Osi was fantastic !! not only resolved the issue quickly by finding a problem solving solution but did it within a good turn around time.
I would recommend the company because they’re hiring the right people. Hope the company takes notice and is appreciative as I am.
Slide was dumped outside my house, it was delivered dirty and scratched, thought the quality would be better as straight from plum but no different from universal 10ft slides - disappointed
Great quality. Fairly easy to assemble. However, printed assembly instructions and assembly video differ from each other and from some of the supplied parts (like the top frame of the enclosure). The video seems to be a better guide to the order of assembly but it completely misses out how to lace up the enclosure netting to the spring holders. The printed instructions do show lacing up the enclosure but seem to show unlaced gaps between eyelets. The enclosure eyelets are not clearly defined so it’s not obvious which holes to lace and which to skip. Following the instructions and skipping every other eyelets seemed to result in the netting being increasingly pulled too far and offset from the springs. After several attempts, I ignored the printed instructions and laced up every hole with no skipping and that seemed effective.
I would give 5 stars if the video, printed instructions and supplied parts were consistent, and the video showed how to lace up the enclosure.
Plum has offered us an all round great service and aftercare too. Thanks Plum ???? Above and beyond.
I initially had a problem with the product delivered. It was resolved beyond my expectations so very happy with the product and service.
When I opened the boxes for my toddler tower, there were discrepancies between the part numbers in the assembly instructions and the numbers in the actual parts. The person quickly established that the incorrect instructions had been included and immediately emailed through the correct ones to me.
I ordered a present for my granddaughter in London from Australia on a Sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday. Great Service!
It’s hard to beat Plum Play for quality products, customer service and value for money. I’ve bought a number of sturdy pieces for my grandchildren, and they’ve all been designed to last through several stages of growth and ability. They’re easy to assemble and adapt, and the materials used are robust, durable and environmentally friendly. With built-in safety features and a rigorous testing regime, children can play happily and creatively and explore the world around them, while their parents and grandparents enjoy peace of mind.
Excellent customer service - they deal with Globber products and I had bought a scooter via Amazon UK. Sent me parts and they kept in touch during the process - which wasn't a straight line. But now I've a fixed scooter which feels great :)
